Walk of Shame. . . .

We've all been there.  You go out with a some friends for a few drinks.  You meet someone.  You have a few drinks with this someone and then a few more drinks.  Next thing you know it's 7a.  Your trying to figure out how you got into this bedroom and how your going to get back home in a respectable manner.  So if you're going to do a walk of shame, hopefully you're wearing a pair of shoes likes these to distract everyone from the fact that you're wearing the outfit from last night and that you reak of alcohol and shame. Rage Against the Machine

As you know, times are tough.  You hear the stories every day.  We're in a recession and many are not working.  Job prospects go down and unemployment keeps going up.  Getting a job or even keeping the one you have may involve selling out to the "man".  These shoes are the best of both worlds.  They are a classic style with the perfect heel height; not too high and not too low.  The muted lime green is what says "no way will I sell my soul to the establishment"!  (I've had these for years!  And I always get a million compliments.  They are by Imagine by Vince Camuto purchased at Daffy's not sure of the price and not sure of the style name but who cares when they are this fabulous!) 

So put up those well manicured fists up in the air and fight the power!  What are you doing to keep yourself real?

New Year's Resolutions 2012

2012 is here and are you ready for it?  Well, I’m not.  I ate too much, drank too much and basically did everything I wasn’t supposed to do.  Now I am paying for it with tight pants and Miss Piggy feet.  I, like everyone else wrote up my 2012 resolution list.  One of my resolutions is to exercise of course.  So what does a stylish fashionista like myself wear while she is working out? While it looks like a pump, every true DIVA can tell you that it feels like a sneaker!  Did you actually think I was going to post a real workout shoe?
